Jamie Brooks has been appointed as Commercial Director of Avtrade responsible for marketing and global regional offices.
A member of the Brooks family, owners of Avtrade, Jamie is an enthusiastic professional with 16 years knowledge and experience in aviation.
With a background in Engineering and Logistics gained at Monarch Aircraft Engineering and Sales, PBH support and MRO experience, Jamie joined Avtrade in 2003. Initially in a Business Development role and then as Marketing Manager, Jamie successfully achieved significant global customer growth.
In 2009 Jamie moved to Dubai to set up Avtrade’s operation providing sales and support to the gulf region. Establishing an experienced team, growth and expansion continued and culminated in the recent move to new offices in the prestigious Gold Tower in Jumeirah Lake Towers. Jamie will retain his role as Regional Sales Director – MENA.
Since 2012 Jamie has setup and opened an Avtrade office in Moscow to provide dedicated local support to its long standing customers across Russia and CIS, plus restructured and expanded the Singapore office to develop and strengthen relationships and customer service across the Asia region.
With an ambitious growth strategy and focus on high quality customer support, in his new position of Avtrade Commercial Director, Jamie will lead the Marketing Team and expansion of regional offices worldwide.
