Saturday 10th September 2016 saw the return of the Albourne Village Show. Around 750 people attended the Albourne recreation ground throughout the day, braving intermittent rain showers to show support to their local community.
With a variety of activities to entertain all ages, attendees could participate in children’s games and competitions, craft and photography stalls, cookery classes and the much loved Albourne Village dog show! Numerous food and drink stalls kept everyone well fed whilst headliners ‘The Patcham Silver Band’ played 2 sets alongside 3 other local bands.
Avtrade supported the event by selling nearly 100 raffle tickets and sponsoring activities and shows carried out during the day. Overall the show was deemed a huge success, bringing the community closer together and turning a profit in the process!
